Directions to Providence Tarzana Medical Center

From all freeways you need to get to the 101 Ventura Freeway.

Traveling westbound on the Ventura Fwy (101), exit Reseda Blvd.
Turn left (south) off of the freeway onto Reseda Blvd.

Traveling eastbound on the Ventura Fwy (101), exit Reseda Blvd.
Turn right (south) off of the freeway onto Reseda Blvd.

Once on Reseda Blvd go two blocks south and turn left on Clark St.
There is a stop light and Gelson’s is on the left hand corner of the intersection.

The entrance to the medical center will be the second entrance on the left.
There is a sign out front that says Providence Tarzana Medical Center.
Turn left and go straight, the parking entrance will be on the left side.

The meeting will be held in the Auditorium located inside the Women’s Pavilion.
The Women’s Pavilion will be the entrance on the left side of the medical center.
