The Human Resources Department of Long Beach Memorial and Miller Children’s Hospital has an immediate full-time opportunity. This highly visible, key position is responsible for assisting in sourcing, screening/interviewing and referring qualified nursing professionals to fill key vacancies. We are a premier teaching and research center of two separately licensed medical centers employing with over 5000 employees.
Qualifications:
This position will participate in all recruitment activities for nursing professionals such as job fairs and campus career days, with some out-of-state travel. The professional we are seeking will have at least 3 years’ experience as a recruiter, preferably with nursing/healthcare recruitment experience. Must have outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills with computer abilities in MS Office applications including Excel. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems strongly preferred. |
