Southern California Association of Healthcare Recruiters (SCAHCR), an award winning chapter of National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR), is a non-profit organization that advances the development of health care professionals. For more than three decades, we have been serving the needs of human resource professionals throughout Southern California.

As a member of SCAHCR, you will benefit from educational programs, networking opportunities with your peers and formal presentations on topics such as immigration, legal updates, and the newest trends in recruitment and retention. With your active membership, you will also have access to SCAHCR’s list serve where members have the opportunity to explore topics of interest, seek information and learn from each other’s experiences.

Our current membership includes nurse recruiters, allied health recruiters, recruitment managers, human resource representatives and individuals from media and advertising agencies. We welcome guests to our meetings.
